The Constituent Elements and Construction Path of Institutional Ethics in the Integrated Medical and Nursing Institutions
Institutional ethics is the fundamental guiding principle for the operation of institutions,providing new thoughts for optimizing the practice of integrated medical and nursing services.This paper explores the concept of institutional ethics,as well as its unique role in promoting high-quality development of integrated medical and nursing service.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the organization,the following factors should be included in institutional ethics:focusing on the elderly,ensuring welfare and public welfare,emphasizing humanistic care,building a harmonious relationship,and complying with policies and commercial ethical requirements.Finally,this paper outlines the construction path of institutional ethics for integrated medical and care institutions from the perspectives of institutional design and operational implementation,advocating for the integration of ethical elements into policy design and the establishment of mechanisms to ensure ethical implementation within these institutions.
