From the perspective of phenomenology,self-awareness is categorized into two types:intentional behavior and intentional content. The inconsistencies between doctors and patients in the intentional content of mental disorders will lead to the enhancement of patients'stigma and the impairment of patients'self-efficacy in medical activities.According to the embodied perception framework balance, the perception of mental disorders is balanced by the positive dimension of self-efficacy and the negative dimension of stigma.Patients with low self-efficacy and high stigma will trigger high psychological tension and lead to extreme emotional and behavioral responses, which will further worsen the doctor-patient relationship. Therefore,in clinical practice,it is necessary to understand patients'understanding and expectations of mental disorders and treatment, evaluate patients'embodied perception and psychological tension, and pay attention to the role interaction with patients.
