New Ethical Regulation Approaches to Genetic Privacy Security Under Design Thinking
The rapid development of gene sequencing technology driven by digital technology has also impacted the privacy and ethics of genetic information, triggering ethical risks such as leakage of genetic information, loopholes in the principle of informed consent and genetic discrimination. The current ethical regulation strategy of privacy security is not fully applicable to genetic privacy protection, and it is urgent to break through the traditional ethical regulation model.Based on this, under the guidance of human-centered design thinking, the authors creatively combine the design theories of fractal, system, harmony and inclusiveness to conceptualize a new path of ethical regulation for genetic privacy and security, improve the ethical governance system of genetic privacy security, and promote the advancement of genetic technology towards both superior and ethical outcomes.
