The Impact of Inappropriate Emotion Management on Practicing Medical Professionalism
Based on the theory of emotion management in management psychology,this study attempts to construct a feasible path to promote physicians'professionalism from three perspectives of emotion management.It explores the intersection between emotional labor,work involvement,and occupational stress,so as to provide guidance for the cultivation of physicians'professionalism and to play a guiding role in the healthy growth of medical professionals.Firstly,it elaborates the theoretical structure of emotion management;secondly,it analyzes the junctions of emotional labor,work involvement,occupational stress,and physicians'professionalism from the perspective of emotion management;and finally,it discusses the strategic research of promoting physicians'professionalism from the perspective of emotion management.Through the systematic research on emotion management,combined with the development of contemporary physicians'professionalism,the practical value of emotion management on physicians'professionalism research is fully excavated and explored.
