The rapid development of mobile health application provides a new idea for diabetes management,which can effectively control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients,reduce complications,lower medical costs,and improve public health.This paper explores the development background of mobile health application in the field of diabetes in Germany,drawing on its historical context and experiences.It selects several diabetes management application in the German application market,and expounds their current applications in blood glucose management,lifestyle management,medication management,and psychological support.Recommendations are made for improving the regulatory framework,standardizing industry development,implementing strict access controls,enhancing health insurance coverage,prioritizing user-centered design,establishing evaluation mechanisms,and promoting high-quality operation,providing valuable insights for diabetes management in China.
