摘要
《医学身体哲学》是国内第一本医学身体哲学专著,具有开拓性的理论意义和实践价值.其理论图式包括四个模块,分别为:理论基础模块、基本原理模块、学术环境模块、临床实践模块.医学身体哲学理论研究的问题域初步界定为患者具身感受、具身情绪、具身认知、具身伦理、患者行为、身体政治、具身技术、医患间性、身体关怀等.医学身体哲学实践研究的落脚点探讨关怀患者具身感受、具身情绪、具身认知的实践策略,提出为患者提供技术关怀和服务关怀的新路径,最终在医学终极关怀的语境中实现医学身体哲学理论研究和实践研究的统一.
Abstract
Medical Body Philosophy is the first monograph of medical body philosophy in China,which has pioneering theoretical significance and practical value.The theoretical framework consists of four modules:theoretical foundation module;basic principles module;academic environment module;clinical practice module.The research domain of medical body philosophy initially defines issues such as patients'bodily experiences,emotions,cognition,ethics,patient behaviors,body politics,embodied technologies,doctor-patient interactions,and physical care.This paper discusses the practical strategies of caring for patients'embodied feelings,embodied emotions and embodied cognition,proposes a new path of providing technical care and service-oriented care for patients.Ultimately,it aims to achieve integration of theoretical research and practical research of medical body philosophy in the context of medical ultimate care.
