摘要
智慧医疗在新一代数字技术的驱动下迅猛发展,为肛肠病患者诊疗带来便利,但也引发了诸如危害数字包容性、知情同意权、隐私权等新的伦理问题,目前的伦理规范无法全面应对智慧医疗所带来的这些新的挑战,因此,需要加强患者教育、深化知情同意、加强数据安全和隐私保护、优化算法减少偏见、注重患者人文关怀,并推动针对性立法,通过这些措施构建智慧医疗伦理规范新路径,完善智慧医疗伦理治理体系等,让智慧医疗为患者带来更好的就诊体验,增进全民福祉.
Abstract
Driven by the latest digital technologies,smart healthcare has developed rapidly,facilitating the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal diseases.However,it has also triggered new ethical issues such as threats to digital inclusiveness,informed consent rights,and privacy rights.Current ethical norms are unable to fully address these new challenges posed by smart healthcare.Consequently,it is imperative to enhance patient education,deepen informed consent processes,strengthen data security and privacy protection,optimize algorithms to reduce biases,prioritize patient-centered humanistic care,and promote targeted legislation.Through these measures,we aim to forge a new path for ethical norms in smart healthcare,improve the ethical governance system,and ultimately provide patients with a better healthcare experience,thereby enhancing the well-being of all citizens.
