摘要
针灸是古老深邃中医药文化的重要元素和典型代表,数千年来针灸医学不但造福了中国先民,还在不同历史时期经由多条路径被广泛地传播到世界各地,是中医药文化走出去的先锋.当前针灸的海外传播呈现出传播地域多级化、理论技术多元化、本土交融多层化、传播认同复杂化等特征.未来针灸乃至中医药的海外传播应秉持传出与传入相结合、避免中国中心主义,坚持疗效第一、技术认同带动理论认同,致力多方因素协同、推进制度认同,尊重多元差异、构建文化认同等原则,助推人类卫生健康共同体建设.
Abstract
Acupuncture is the important element and typical representative of the ancient and profound Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture.For thousands of years,acupuncture not only benefited the ancient Chinese people,but also was widely spread to various parts of the world through multiple paths in different historical periods,serving as a pioneer in the globalization of TCM culture.At present,the oversea dissemination of acupuncture shows different characteristics,such as multiple dissemination regions,diversified theory and techniques,multi-layered local integration,and complex dissemination identity.In the future,the overseas dissemination of acupuncture as well as TCM as a whole,should adhere to principles such as the combination of dissemination and introduction,avoiding Chinese centrism,prioritizing efficacy,using technical recognition to drive theoretical recognition,promoting corporation of multiple factors,advancing institutional recognition,respecting diverse differences,and constructing cultural identity,so as to promote the construction of a global community for health and well-being.
