By analyzing the dilemmas faced by doctors Hu Weimin,Zhang Shu,Lan Yuefeng, and Zhang Yu,as well as the current state of anti-corruption efforts in healthcare, this paper argues that the decline in medical ethics today stems from a long-standing neglect of the research on ethics of interest, the weakening of the dominant position of personal morality on the micro level,a lack of institutional ethics on the meso level, and an urgent need to strengthen system ethics on the macro level. In contemporary society,it is crucial to enhance medical ethics by focusing on research on ethics of interest, limit interests, strengthen institutional ethics, and promote virtue ethics, creating an ethical system that works from the top down and from the inside out.It is essential to establish an ethical system that permeates all aspects of medicine, guiding the healthy development of the healthcare industry.
