Ethical Conflicts and Discussions in Emergency Medical Practice
The specific problems encountered by medical ethics in emergency clinical practice are very complex, among which healthy doctor-patient relationship and patient-centered medical ethics are the cornerstones.Medical work revolves around maximizing the improvement of patients'disease outcomes, striving to achieve the greatest possible well-being for patients and their families, and attending to their emotional needs, all without compromising the safety of physicians'practice. The medical treatment itself is complex and professional, and the patient cases are in different scenarios, with different people, families, and ideas,so the specific diagnosis and treatment actions are bound to be different, and there is no completely unified standard. This paper presents four typical cases for ethical discussion,in order to offer a framework for thinking through the complex ethical problems encountered in clinical practice.
