When the theory of medical ethics is put into practice,numerous deep-rooted ethical issues arise,hindering its implementation.On July 6,2024,an academic conference on"Frontier Issues in the Practice of Medical Ethics"was held in Jinzhong,Shanxi Province.The consensus emphasized five key topics that should be the focus of current medical ethics research:the shift from personal ethics to holistic ethics research paradigm,the importance of"emotional and situational"factors in ethical decision-making,the need to prioritize ethical effects and the transition to responsibility ethics,exploring solutions to ethical conflicts in medical practice,and overcoming the disconnection between medical ethics education and practice.These discussions provide a deeper understanding of the theoretical approaches in medical ethics,which are essential for addressing practical clinical issues.Furthermore,broadening the moralistic perspective on problem-solving helps advance the integration of ethics into clinical practice.
