Based on an in-depth understanding of the concept of reflection,this paper focuses on the medical records writing practice,emphasizing narrative medicine's examination of the lack of reflective function of the current medical record.Based on the path of medical records writing in clinical practice,a hierarchical interpretation of the function,value and meaning of the medical record through the perspective of narrative medicine may also make an important contribution to the clinical implementation of narrative medicine.Focus group interviews and expert interviews were conducted to examine the current experience of medical record writing in clinical practice,and to consider the possible pathways for the circulation of medical humanities within institutionalized spaces.The practice of writing medical records is influenced by many factors,and there are certain conflicts and tensions in the writing and circulation process.Drawing on the anthropological concept of"holism",it is possible to reflect on the practice of medical record writing at various levels.The research aims to establish a methodological framework that guides the medical community in developing a general framework for narrative medicine clinical pathways and explores multiple possibilities for its application.
