人际与社会节奏疗法在青少年双相障碍中的研究进展

摘要
阐述了人际与社会节奏疗法的起源及概念、理论依据,分析了该疗法在国内外的研究现状,重点论述了人际与社会节奏疗法在青少年双相障碍患者中的实施方法及应用效果,该疗法可以稳定高双相障碍风险青少年的昼夜节律、减少青少年双相障碍群体的抑郁和躁狂症状、降低该群体的自杀率以及提高治疗满意度,并在此基础上提出了人际与社会节奏疗法在国内青少年双相障碍领域的发展趋势,以期为国内青少年双相障碍群体的非药物治疗提供新的视角和方法.
Abstract
This paper outlines the origins,concepts,and theoretical basis of interpersonal and social rhythm therapy(IPSRT),analyzes its current research status both domestically and internationally,and focuses on its implementation methods and therapeutic effects in adolescents with bipolar disorder.IPSRT has been shown to stabilize circadian rhythms in high-risk adolescents,reduce depressive and manic symptoms,lower suicide rates,and enhance treatment satisfaction among this population.Based on these findings,the paper discusses the developmental trends of IPSRT in the field of adolescent bipolar disorder in China,aiming to provide new perspectives and methods for non-pharmacological treatment in this demographic.
