摘要
目的 随访严寒环境下服役新兵血常规、血生化、甲状腺功能和寒冷血管反应指数(VRCI)变化特点,了解寒区新兵冷习服过程中血常规、生化指标和甲状腺功能等生理指标变化特点.方法 选取西北地区某部队新入伍官兵167人,分别于入伍时和入伍6个月后行血常规、血生化、甲状腺功能检测和VRCI检测.结果 新兵入伍6个月后,南、北方新兵的VRCI均明显提高(P<0.05).血常规指标中除白细胞计数显著低于入伍时的水平(P<0.05)外,其余指标如红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞比容和血小板计数均显著高于入伍时的水平(P<0.05),但平均红细胞体积在两组间比较均无统计学差异.血生化指标中除白蛋白和胆固醇两项指标在两组之间比较存在明显差异(P<0.05),其他指标在两组间比较均无统计学差异.在甲状腺功能检测指标中,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸和甲状腺素显著低于入伍时水平(P<0.05),三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素和促甲状腺激素均显著高于入伍时的水平(P<0.05).结论 通过分析和掌握寒区新兵冷习服过程中血液指标和VRCI指标的变化特点,探索评估寒区官兵冷适应能力的有效指标,为制定训练方案和寒冷损伤预防措施奠定基础.
Abstract
Objective To follow up the changes of routine blood biomarkers,biochemical indexes,thyroid function and index of vaso-response to cold(VRCI)of recruits in cold environment,so as to understand the changes of routine blood biomarkers,biochemical indexes,thyroid function and other physiological indexes of recruits during cold acclimatization in a cold region.Methods A total of 167 recruits from a military unit in northwest China were selected to undergo routine blood test,biochemical test,thyroid function test and VRCI test at the time of enlistment and 6 months after enlistment.Results After 6 months,the VRCI of both southern and northern recruits significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition to the white blood cell count was significantly lower than that of enlistment(P<0.05),other indexes such as red blood cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit and platelet count were significantly higher than those of enlistment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in mean corpuscular volume between the two groups.In the biochemical indexes,there were significant differences in albumin and cholesterol(P<0.05)but no statistical differences in other indexes between the two groups.In the thyroid function test indexes,the levels of free triiodothyronine and thyroxine were significantly lower than those of enlistment(P<0.05),and the levels of triiodothyronine,free thyroxine and thyroid-stimulating hormone were significantly higher than those of enlistment(P<0.05).Conclusion This study explores the effective evaluation index of cold acclimatization ability by analyzing and mastering the dynamic changes of blood indexes and VRCI of recruits during cold acclimatization in a cold region,which lays the foundation for developing training programs and cold injury prevention measures.
