With the rapid development of Chinese high-performance fighter aircraft,the physiological and psychological requirements of flight personnel have gradually increased.The development of medical support technology for military high-load flight should be upgrading.Therefore,physio-psychological selection,functional status assessment and physio-psychological training of flight personnel attract much attention.This paper is divided into five modules and systematically summarizes the key issues and research achievements of high-load flight medical support,including psychological selection,functional status assessment,individual and team training,sleep regulation and low back pain caused by acceleration.Based on the idea of holistic integrative medicine,this paper puts forward the future development trend of high-load flight medical support.This paper provides new technology for the research of aviation medicine and flight personnel support,and will provide new ideas for the improvement of combat effectiveness of flight personnel.
