摘要

目的 分析长航时模拟飞行中执行夜间飞行任务的驾驶员的状态,初步对受试者夜间执行任务的状态和可能预警点进行评估.方法 选取8名健康男性,每2人一组分别执行机长和副机长的任务,共4组,开展模拟48 h连续飞行任务,其中,机长和副机长进行轮班制度,每飞行4 h进行45 min的睡眠以及45 min的恢复,根据该模拟飞行任务中所采集的心电数据,利用心率变异性(HRV)方法对试验对象的疲劳程度进行分析.结果 HRV指标区分疲劳与非疲劳状态准确率大于90%的段落主要分布在夜间,且上半夜相较于下半夜飞行员的疲劳程度更大,试验第2日相较于第1日飞行员疲劳感更为明显.结论 HRV分析体现了不同状态下的自主神经系统变化,通过结合相关分类模型,可靠地区分了模拟飞行试验中飞行员的疲劳与非疲劳状况.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the status of pilots performing night flight tasks in long-term simulated flights,and preliminarily evaluate the status and possible warning points of subjects performing night flight tasks.Methods Eight healthy males were selected to perform the tasks of the captain and deputy captain,with two people in a group.A total of 4 groups carried out the simulated 48 h continuous flight tasks,in which the captain and deputy captain conducted a shift mode,with 45 min of sleep and 45 min of recovery every 4 h of flight.Based on the electrocardiogram data collected in the simulated flight task,the fatigue degree of the test subjects was analyzed by heart rate variability(HRV)method.Results The sections whose accuracy of HRV indicators was more than 90%to distinguish fatigue from non-fatigue state were mainly distributed at night,and the fatigue degree of pilots in the first half of the night was greater than that in the second half of the night.The fatigue feeling of pilots on the second day of the experiment was more obvious than that on the first day.Conclusion HRV analysis reflects the changes of the autonomic nervous system in different states,and reliably distinguishes the fatigue and non-fatigue status of pilots in simulated flight experiment by combining relevant classification models.
