Biomechanical simulation technology has been applied in many fields, such as vehicle engineering, biomedical engineering, aerospace medicine, and rehabilitation engineering.Due to the particularity of aviation medical problems,it is difficult for experiments to simulate real aviation environments such as ejection lifesaving.Biomechanical simulation technology can solve this problem well with its powerful simulation modeling and data computing capabilities, and has been widely used in aviation medical research. This paper summarizes and analyzes the application of biomechanical simulation technology in aviation medical research at home and abroad in recent 10 years, and discusses it from three aspects:typical biomechanical problems in aviation medical research, application of biomechanical simulation technology in aviation medicine and future development direction of biomechanical simulation technology, focusing on the application of biomechanical simulation technology in neck injury caused by aircraft maneuvering overload, spinal injury caused by ejection lifesaving, and lower limb injury caused by airborne landing.
