Pilots are often subjected to continuous high acceleration load when driving high-performance fighter jets, which requires higher anti-G ability of pilots.Pilots must undergo systematic anti-G ability training to cope with this load.If anti-G ability is insufficient, blackout or G-induced loss of consciousness is prone to occur, threatening the safety of pilots.Anti-G training is a compulsory subject for pilots. With the application of various non-invasive physiological monitoring equipment, the medical supervision of anti-G training for pilots has important guiding significance to improve the training effect and prevent injury. This paper will take the anti-G training for pilots as the background to interpret the significance of physiological parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, respiratory function, electromyography and muscle strength in the anti-G training process, and to sort out the specific application, future development and existing problems of medical supervision and anti-G training. This paper aims to provide theoretical basis for the scientific and efficient anti-G training of pilots, and to provide a reference for the research on anti-G training and physiological changes of pilots.
