The intestinal mucosa provides a selective permeability barrier for the body to absorb nutrients and defend against external disturbances.Intestinal microorganisms are involved in the composition of the intestinal mucosal barrier.The intestinal mucosal barrier serves as an important defense barrier that dynamically regulates the balance of the body's internal environment.Pathogens,food,and other substances can disrupt the intestinal barrier and promote systemic inflammation and tissue damage.Genetic and immunologic factors predispose individuals to intestinal barrier dysfunction.Understanding the mechanisms of mucosal barrier damage provides new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and problems in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal mucosal barrier damage,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction.
