Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable core competence model of field first aid for medical sergeants at Air Force stations,and to provide a reference for guiding the field first aid technical training for medical sergeants.Methods From March to May 2022,taking core competence theory as framework and based on the literature research,the index entries at all levels were preliminarily constructed,two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were selected and modified,the weights of indexes at all levels were determined by using Yaahp 12.1 software,and finally the core competence model of field first aid for medical sergeants at Air Force stations was constructed.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 88％and 100％,respectively.The authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.920.The three-level Kendall's coefficient of concordance of two rounds of expert consultation were 0.322 and 0.324,respectively(P＜0.01).The final core competence model of field first aid for medical sergeants at Air Force stations included 5 first-level indicators(basic post knowledge,battlefield environment assessment ability,battlefield search and rescue ability,professional rescue ability,wartime comprehensive quality),13 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusion The core competence model of field first aid for medical sergeants at Air Force stations established in this study is scientific,authoritative and reliable,and can provide a reference for field first aid training and assessment of medical sergeants at Air Force stations.
