Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative brain disease that is irreversible and progresses rapidly,and is the main cause of dementia in the elderly.The clinical manifestations include memory and cognitive disorders,mental and behavioral disorders,etc.This paper reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign articles about AD,explores the etiology of AD according to the natural history of its formation,supplements the existing disease theory,and puts forward the function of wheel model in AD,which provides reference for perfecting the prevention strategy of AD in China.
