Objective To explore the improvement effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation in combination with psychological nursing in the treatment of postpartum female sexual dysfunction(FSD).Methods A total of 118 postpartum FSD patients were divided into control group(n=59)and observation group(n=59)by random number table method.The control group was only given biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the observation group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with improved psychological nursing,with a treatment course of 12 weeks.Pelvic floor muscle strength,bladder biological function,and depression(Patient Health Questionnaire-9),anxiety(Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7)and sexual function(Female Sexual Function Index,FSFI)were evaluated before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results The improvement rate of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the initial and maximum bladder filling volumes in the observation group and the control group were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The initial and maximum bladder filling volumes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the scores of each item and the total scores from FSFI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with psychological nursing can effectively improve the pelvic floor function and bladder biological function of postpartum FSD patients,and alleviate their depression and anxiety and promote their quality of sexual life.
