摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘技术分析中医复方治疗中老年良性前列腺增生(BPH)的用药规律.方法 检索PubMed、中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献、Embase等数据库2012年1月至2022年12月中药复方治疗BPH的临床研究文献,总结中药的使用频率、类别、功效、四气、五味及经络,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0关联规则和因子分析发掘深藏的中药搭配.结果 按标准挑选153篇文献,纳入173味中药,频次较高的有黄芪、茯苓、桃仁、肉桂、泽泻、山茱萸等,以平、温药性为主,主要是甘、苦、辛药味,归肝经为主药,功效以利尿通淋为主,其次为利水消肿、润肠通便等.通过聚类分析形成了6个聚类组;关联分析中,二联支持度最高的是黄柏和知母、三棱和莪术的药对组合;三联关联中山药、附子、牡丹皮等7种组合具有最佳置信度.因子分析中提炼到8个公因子.结论 中药治疗BPH具有较好的临床效果,聚类分析和因子分析可用于指导临床更加安全合理用药.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound prescriptions in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)in middle-aged and elderly people based on data mining technology.Methods Clinical research literature on the treatment of BPH with Chinese herbal compounds were retrieved from PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,Embase and other databases from January 2012 to December 2022.The frequency of use,category,efficacy,four qi,five tastes and meridians of TCM were summarized.SPSS Modeler 18.0 association rule and factor analysis were used to explore the hidden TCM collocation.Results A total of 153 literatures were selected according to the criteria,and 173 Chinese herbal medicines were included.The ones with high frequency included Astragalus mongholicus,Poria cocos,peach kernel,cinnamon,Alismatis rhizoma,and Cornus officinalis.The main medicinal properties were flat and warm,the main medicinal flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent,they belonged to the liver meridian as the main medicine,and their efficacy was mainly diuretic and laxative,followed by discutient and aperients.Six clusters were formed by cluster analysis.In the association analysis,the highest support of the dichotomous association was the combination of golden cypress and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Sparganii Rhizoma and Curcuma;in the triple association,seven combinations such as Chinese yam,aconite,peony bark had the best confidence.Eight common factors were extracted from the factor analysis.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine has good clinical effect in treating BPH,and cluster analysis and factor analysis can be used to guide safer and more rational clinical use of drugs.
