摘要
皮肤扩张术能够提供与受区颜色、质地、感觉等相近的组织,且供区损伤小,用于创伤后体表畸形修复,不但可使患者恢复功能,而且具有良好美学效果.本文结合国内外文献及笔者经验,阐述了皮肤扩张术在创伤后遗留畸形修复中的技术要点,并详细探讨了在全身不同解剖部位应用皮肤扩张术的方法策略,以期更好地指导临床实践.
Abstract
Tissue expansion can provide tissue similar to the recipient area in color,texture and feeling,and the donor site is less damaged.It can be used to repair post-traumatic body surface deformity,which can not only restore the patient's function,but also have good aesthetic effect.Based on the domestic and foreign literature and the author's experience,this paper expounds the technical points of tissue expansion in the repair of post-traumatic deformity,and discusses the methods and strategies of applying tissue expansion in different anatomical parts of the whole body in detail,in order to better guide clinical practice.
