摘要

目的 采用文献计量学方法分析聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥相关研究的发文量、发文国家、研究机构、发文期刊、作者和关键词,探究PMMA骨水泥的研究现状及研究热点.方法 以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,基于CiteSpace软件和文献计量学在线分析平台对纳入的文献数据进行处理和可视化分析.结果 共纳入1951篇文献,美国是发文量(444篇)和中心性(0.43)均位居第一的国家.发文量排名前3位的研究机构是瑞士伯尔尼大学(39篇)、瑞士 AO基金会(34篇)、中国台湾长庚纪念医院(34篇)和中国苏州大学(33篇).关键词突现分析中突现程度最高的关键词是全髋关节置换术(突现强度为15.28).结论 PMMA骨水泥研究主要集中于骨水泥临床使用适应证和材料性能改性研究,我国在该领域研究形成了科研能力较强的研究团队,但还需注重研究的深度和广度,加强国际合作.

Abstract

Objective To explore the research status and hotspots of polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)bone cement by bibliometric analysis of the number of published papers,countries,institutions,journals,authors and keywords of studies related to PMMA bone cement.Methods Based on the Web of Science core collection database,CiteSpace software and bibliometrics online analysis platform were used to process and visually analyze the included literature data.Results A total of 1 951 literatures were included.The United States ranked first in the number of articles(444 articles)and centrality(0.43).The top three research institutions with the highest number of articles were University of Bern in Switzerland(39 articles),AO Foundation in Switzerland(34 articles),Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan,China(34 articles),and Soochow University in China(33 articles).The keyword with the highest degree of emergence in the keyword emergence analysis was total hip arthroplasty(emergence intensity 15.28).Conclusion The research on PMMA bone cement mainly focuses on the indications of clinical use and the modification of material properties.China has formed some research teams with strong scientific research ability in this field,but the depth and breadth of research should be paid attention to and international cooperation should be strengthened.
