摘要

微生物包括细菌、病毒、真菌和其他真核生物,在人类健康中发挥着关键作用.在多个肿瘤组织中发现了肿瘤内的微生物成分,它们与癌症的发生、发展和治疗效果密切相关.微生物群可能通过DNA突变、激活致癌途径、促进慢性炎症、补充系统和启动转移来促进癌症的发生和进展.肺癌是由宿主和环境因素之间的相互作用引起的复杂疾病.在各种环境风险因素中,微生物在维持微生态平衡和调节宿主对多种治疗的免疫反应中起着至关重要的作用.肠道和肺中特定微生物代谢产物通过循环的联系和调节作用,肠道微生物群在稳定状态和肿瘤发生过程中对宿主免疫功能有广泛的影响.本文探讨了近年来微生物群与肺癌关系方面的研究进展,同时揭示了肠道微生物群与肺癌的相关性,并对这些研究揭示的潜在机制进行综述,为临床医生和肺癌患者提供关于疾病管理和治疗的新思路.

Abstract

Microbes,including bacteria,viruses,fungi and other eukaryotes,play a key role in human health.Microbial components within tumors have been found in many tumor tissues,and they are closely related to the occurrence,development and therapeutic effect of cancer.The microbiota may contribute to the onset and progression of cancer by mutating DNA,activating cancer-causing pathways,promoting chronic inflammation,replenishing systems,and initiating metastasis.Lung cancer is a complex disease caused by the interaction between host and environmental factors.Among various environmental risk factors,microorganisms play a crucial role in maintaining microecological balance and regulating host immune response to multiple treatments.Through the association and regulation of specific microbial metabolites in the gut and lung,the gut microbiota has a wide range of effects on host immune function during steady-state and tumorgenesis.In this paper,we explore the recent research progress on the relationship between microbiota and lung cancer,reveal the correlation between intestinal microbiota and lung cancer,and review the potential mechanisms revealed by these studies,aiming to provide clinicians and lung cancer patients with new ideas on disease management and treatment.
