中国军人社会支持变迁的横断历史研究
A cross-temporal meta-analysis of changes in social support of Chinese soldiers

摘要
目的 探究中国军人社会支持状况的变化规律及其与社会变迁的关系.方法 对 2001-2019 年间报告的中国军人社会支持得分的 42 项数据集(n=29 532)进行横断历史分析,主要采用相关分析和回归分析.结果 ①2001-2019 年间,中国军人的社会支持总分、客观支持得分与数据收集年份呈显著正相关,数据收集年代可以解释社会支持总分23%的变异、解释客观支持52%的变异;②社会支持总分、客观支持分数与一些社会指标(国内生产总值、国防支出)呈正相关,且这些社会指标可以有效预测社会支持及客观支持水平的变化.结论 中国军人的社会支持总体水平呈现上升趋势,且这一趋势主要体现在客观支持维度,而主观支持和支持的利用度变化不明显.过去19 年间的社会经济变化可以对这一趋势进行较好的解释.
Abstract
Objective To explore the changing law of social support of Chinese soldiers and its relationship with social change.Methods A cross-temporal meta-analysis was conducted on 42 datasets(n=29 532)reporting social support scores of Chinese soldiers from 2001 to 2019,mainly using correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results ①From 2001 to 2019,the total score of social support and objective support score of Chinese soldiers were significantly positively correlated with the year of data collection.The age of data collection could explain 23%of the variation in the total score of social support and 52%of the variation in objective support.②The total score of social support and objective support score were positively correlated with some social indicators(gross domestic product,defense expenditure),and these social indicators could effectively predict changes in social support and objective support levels.Conclusion The overall level of social support of Chinese soldiers shows an upward trend,and this trend is mainly reflected in the dimension of objective support,while the change of subjective support and utilization of support is not significant.This trend is best explained by socioeconomic changes over the past 19 years.
