摘要
目的 探索部队官兵积极心理健康的网络结构特征与核心项目,为提升官兵积极心理健康水平提供干预靶点.方法 采用中文版沃里克-爱丁堡积极心理健康量表对某部官兵开展调查,采用网络分析方法构建部队官兵积极心理健康网络,评估各项目的中心性程度.结果 项目"面对未来我很乐观"和"我感觉自己很有用"之间,"我能很好地处理问题"和"我的头脑一直都很清醒"之间,以及"面对未来我很乐观"和"我很乐意和别人相处"之间的关联最为紧密,正则化偏相关系数分别为 0.30、0.29 和 0.26;项目"我感觉很愉快""我能很好地处理问题"和"我一直都很自信"的中心性程度最高,其预期影响分别为 1.77、1.43 和 1.34(Z分数);各项目的平均可预测性为0.75,表明网络是倾向于自我维持的系统,受外部因素影响有限.结论 以积极情绪和自我效能感为干预靶点,可能会最大程度提升官兵积极心理健康水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the network structure characteristics and core items of positive mental health of officers and soldiers to provide intervention targets for improving positive mental health level of officers and soldiers.Methods The Chinese version of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale was used to investigate the officers and soldiers,the positive mental health network of officers and soldiers was constructed by network analysis,and the centrality of each item was evaluated.Results In the estimated graph network,three strongest edges were found,which were between"I have been feeling optimistic about the future"and"I have been feeling useful",between"I have been dealing with problems well"and"I have been thinking clearly",and between"I have been feeling optimistic about the future"and"I have been feeling interested in other people",with regularization partial correlation coefficients of 0.30,0.29 and 0.26,respectively.Item"I have been feeling cheerful","I have been dealing with problems well",and"I have been feeling confident"had the highest degree of centrality,with expected influence of 1.77,1.43 and 1.34(Z score),respectively.The mean predictability of each item was 0.75,indicating that the network tends to be a self-sustaining system and weakly influenced by exterior factors.Conclusion Taking positive emotion and self-efficacy as intervention targets may improve the positive mental health level of officers and soldiers to the greatest extent.
