摘要
空军招飞心理健康评估对于我军飞行员的选拔与培养至关重要.本文在探讨军事飞行人员心理健康概念的基础上,对心理健康评估的现状从概念内涵有待丰富、评估内容不够全面和评估方法客观性有待提高 3 个方面进行了分析,并从丰富评估理念、扩展评估内容和创新评估方法3 个方面为空军招飞心理健康评估的优化改进提供了对策建议.
Abstract
The mental health assessment in Air Force cadet recruitment is of vital importance to the selection and cultivation of Air Force pilots.On the basis of discussing the concept of mental health of military flight personnel,this paper analyzes the current situation of mental health assessment from three aspects:concept connotation,evaluation content and evaluation methods.It also provides countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the mental health assessment of the Air Force from three aspects:enriching the evaluation concept,expanding the evaluation content and innovating the evaluation method.
