急性白血病患者焦虑抑郁与生活质量间的关系:家庭韧性的中介作用与教育程度的调节作用

摘要
目的 考察急性白血病(AL)患者焦虑抑郁对生活质量的影响和作用机制,探讨家庭韧性的中介作用以及教育程度的调节作用.方法 采用白血病特异性生活质量量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表、中文版家庭韧性量表对286 名AL患者进行测量.结果 生活质量与家庭韧性(r=0.482,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与焦虑抑郁(r=-0.706,P<0.01)呈显著负相关.家庭韧性在AL患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量的关系中起部分中介作用,教育程度在焦虑抑郁对生活质量的影响路径中发挥调节作用.结论 研究有助于了解AL患者焦虑抑郁对生活质量的影响机制,对干预和改善患者的生活质量具有一定的现实意义.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of anxiety and depression on quality of life in patients with acute leukemia(AL),and explore the mediating role of family resilience and the moderating role of education level.Methods A total of 286 patients with AL were tested by Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Leukemia,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,and Family Hardiness Index.Results Quality of life was significantly positively correlated with family resilience(r=0.482,P<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(r=-0.706,P<0.01).Family resilience played a partial mediating role in the relationship between anxiety and depression and quality of life in patients with AL.Education level played a moderating role in the influence path of anxiety and depression on quality of life.Conclusion The study helps to understand the mechanism of anxiety and depression on quality of life in patients with AL,and has practical implications for intervening and improving the quality of life of patients.
