外部压力与高校学生心理弹性的关系:社会支持和父母教养方式的中介作用

摘要
目的 在社会日益关注青少年心理健康的背景下,探讨外部压力与高校学生心理弹性的关系.方法 对江苏省16 所高校共 783 名在校大学生进行问卷调查,考察外部压力在社会支持和父母教养中介效应下与心理弹性的关系.结果 社会支持(r=0.093,P<0.01)、父母教养方式(r=0.008,P<0.05)、外部压力(r=0.036,P<0.05)均与青少年心理弹性呈显著正相关;外部压力不仅直接影响青少年心理弹性,还会通过父母教养方式和社会支持等中介变量形成 4 条路径,间接影响青少年心理弹性,且中介效应占总效应的 41.09%.结论 外部压力不仅直接影响高校学生的心理弹性,还通过社会支持和父母教养方式间接影响心理弹性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between external stress and psychological resilience of college students in the context of increasing social concern about adolescent mental health.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on a total of 783 college students in 16 colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province to examine the relationship between external stress and psychological resilience under the mediating effects of social support and parenting.Results Social support(r=0.093,P<0.01),parenting style(r=0.008,P<0.05),and external stress(r=0.036,P<0.05)were all significantly positively correlated with adolescent psychological resilience.External stress not only directly affected adolescent psychological resilience,but also formed four paths through mediating variables such as parenting style and social support,which indirectly affected adolescent psychological resilience,with the mediating effect accounting for 41.09%of the total effect.Conclusion External stress not only directly affects the psychological resilience of college students,but also indirectly affects psychological resilience through social support and parenting style.
