饮酒行为对大学生抑郁症状的影响:焦虑症状的中介作用

摘要
目的 探究大学生饮酒行为、焦虑症状和抑郁症状之间的关系.方法 使用密西根酒依赖调查量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对陕西省某大学的 196 名大学生进行问卷调查与统计分析.结果 相关分析结果显示,大学生饮酒行为与抑郁症状总分(r=0.177,P<0.05)及其抑郁情绪体验(r=0.253,P<0.001)、躯体障碍维度(r=0.172,P<0.05)呈显著正相关;饮酒行为与焦虑症状总分(r=0.273,P<0.001)及其焦虑情绪体验(r=0.274,P<0.001)、运动性不安(r=0.157,P<0.05)、躯体症状维度(r=0.348,P<0.001)均呈显著正相关;焦虑症状总分与抑郁症状总分(r=0.879,P<0.001)及其抑郁情绪体验(r=0.881,P<0.001)、认知障碍(r=0.683,P<0.001)、躯体障碍维度(r=0.678,P<0.001)均呈显著正相关.中介分析结果表明,大学生焦虑症状在饮酒行为和抑郁症状之间起完全中介作用.结论 饮酒行为可以通过焦虑症状对抑郁症状发挥间接作用,因此,心理健康工作者可以采用简单心理方法缓解大学生饮酒者的焦虑症状,以防止其进一步产生抑郁症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between drinking behavior,anxiety symptoms,and depressive symptoms in college students.Methods The questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of 196 college students from a university in Shaanxi Province were conducted by using the Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,and Self-Rating Depression Scale.Results The results of correlation analysis showed that drinking behavior was significantly positively correlated with the total score of depressive symptoms(r=0.177,P<0.05),and its dimensions of depressed mood experience(r=0.253,P<0.001)and somatic disorder(r=0.172,P<0.05).Drinking behavior was significantly positively correlated with the total score of anxiety symptoms(r=0.273,P<0.001)and its dimensions of anxious mood experience(r=0.274,P<0.001),motor restlessness(r=0.157,P<0.05),and somatic symptoms(r=0.348,P<0.001).The total score of anxiety symptoms showed a significant positive correlation with total score of depressive symptoms(r=0.879,P<0.001)and its dimensions of depressed mood experience(r=0.881,P<0.001),cognitive disorders(r=0.683,P<0.001),and somatic disorders(r=0.678,P<0.001).The results of mediation analyses indicated that the anxiety symptoms of college students played a complete mediating role between drinking behavior and depressive symptoms.Conclusion Drinking behavior can play an indirect role in depressive symptoms through anxiety symptoms.Therefore,mental health practitioners can use simple psychological methods to alleviate anxiety symptoms in college drinkers in order to prevent them from developing further depressive symptoms.
