摘要
目的 通过数据挖掘技术对治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的中药方剂进行分析,总结中医药治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的用药规律.方法 检索中国知网、万方医学数据、维普数据库中医药治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的相关文献并提取方剂资料,使用 Microsoft Excel 建立数据库,运用 IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 软件进行聚类分析,利用SPSS Modeler 18.0 软件进行相关规则分析.结果 总共纳入文献63 篇,共63 首方剂,共计 139 味中药,使用频次共计 622 次,频次较高的四味中药是川芎、当归、地龙、丹参;药性多为温、寒、平;性味多为苦、甘、辛;归经多以肝、心、脾为主;聚类分析形成了3 个聚类组;相关规则分析中,二、三阶关联分析支持度最高的药物组合分别是川芎-当归与赤芍-川芎-当归.结论 临床上治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的高频药物有川芎、当归、丹参、地龙等,用药大多为活血化瘀药、补虚药;常用的核心药物组合为川芎与当归、赤芍与川芎等;处方以活血化瘀方、清热解毒方等为主.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases(ICVD)by data mining technology,and to summarize the medication rules of TCM for the treatment of ICVD.Methods Relevant literatures on TCM treatment of ICVD were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang and VIP database,and prescription data were extracted.Microsoft Excel was used to establish the database,and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 software was used for cluster analysis.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze relevant rules.Results A total of 63 literatures were included,with a total of 63 prescriptions and 139 Chinese medicinal herbs,and the frequency of use was 622 times.The four Chinese medicinal herbs with high frequency were Ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,Pheretima and Salvia miltiorrhiza.The medicinal properties were mostly warm,cold and flat.The tastes were mostly bitter,sweet,and pungent.The channel tropisms were mostly liver,heart and spleen meridian.Three cluster groups were formed by cluster analysis.In the correlation rule analysis,the drug combinations with the highest degree of support in the second and third order association analysis were Ligusticum wallichii-Angelica sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Rubra-Ligusticum wallichii-Angelica sinensis,respectively.Conclusion The high-frequency drugs used in the clinical treatment of ICVD include Ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Pheretima,etc.Most of them are drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency.The commonly used core drug combinations are Ligusticum wallichii and Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Ligusticum wallichii.The prescription mainly consists of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating prescription and heat-clearing and toxicity-removing prescription.
