某军医大学研究生入学动机及其影响因素的调查研究

摘要
目的 调查某军医大学研究生的入学动机及其影响因素,为研究生招生、培养和就业提供依据.方法 采用分层抽样的方法,运用自制量表对某军医大学研究生的一般情况、生活方式、生活经历和入学动机进行调查.采用无序多分类logistic回归模型进行入学动机的多因素分析.结果 本次调查共发出问卷 1 135 份,合格问卷 1 080 份,问卷有效率 95.2%,其中学术型 305 名(28.2%),工作型 477 名(44.2%),其他型 298 名(27.6%).多因素无序多分类logistic回归分析结果显示,以其他型为对照,年龄(OR=3.189,95%CI:1.612～6.306,P=0.001)、学位层次(OR=0.481,95%CI:0.287～0.808,P=0.006)、性别(OR=1.809,95%CI:1.190～2.750,P=0.006)、培养方式(OR=4.726,95%CI:2.026～11.021,P<0.001)、学位类型(OR=3.111,95%CI:2.031～4.767,P<0.001)、婚姻状况(OR=0.433,95%CI:0.238～0.789,P=0.006)、母亲学历(OR=0.162,95%CI:0.031～0.844,P=0.031)是学术型入学动机的影响因素;学位层次(OR=0.488,95%CI:0.302～0.789,P=0.003)、培养方式(OR=2.367,95%CI:1.177～4.757,P=0.016)、学位类型(OR=0.664,95%CI:0.473～0.932,P=0.018)、专业类型(OR=1.909,95%CI:1.314～2.774,P=0.001)是工作型入学动机的影响因素.结论 研究生入学动机呈多样化特征,不同的入学动机受多方面不同因素的影响,应从研究生招生、入学前教育等多方面入手,提升研究生教育的质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the enrollment motivation and influencing factors of postgraduates in a military medical university,and to provide a basis for postgraduate enrollment,training and employment.Methods By using stratified sampling and self-made scale,the general information,lifestyle,life experience and enrollment motivation of postgraduates in a military medical university were investigated.The multiple factors of enrollment motivation were analyzed by using disordered multinomial logistic regression model.Results A total of 1 135 questionnaires were sent out and 1 080 were qualified.The effective rate of the questionnaire was 95.2%,including 305(28.2%)in academic type,477(44.2%)in working type and 298(27.6%)in other types.The results of multivariate disordered multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that compared with other types,age(OR=3.189,95%CI:1.612-6.306,P=0.001),degree level(OR=0.481,95%CI:0.287-0.808,P=0.006),gender(OR=1.809,95%CI:1.190-2.750,P=0.006),training mode(OR=4.726,95%CI:2.026-11.021,P<0.001),degree type(OR=3.111,95%CI:2.031-4.767,P<0.001),marital status(OR=0.433,95%CI:0.238-0.789,P=0.006)and mother's educational background(OR=0.162,95%CI:0.031-0.844,P=0.031)were the influencing factors of academic type enrollment motivation.Degree level(OR=0.488,95%CI:0.302-0.789,P=0.003),training mode(OR=2.367,95%CI:1.177-4.757,P=0.016),degree type(OR=0.664,95%CI:0.473-0.932,P=0.018)and major type(OR=1.909,95%CI:1.314-2.774,P=0.001)were the influencing factors of working type enrollment motivation.Conclusion The enrollment motivation of postgraduates is diversified,which is influenced by various factors.Efforts should be made to improve the quality of postgraduate education from graduate enrollment,pre-enrollment education and so on.
