女性系统性红斑狼疮患者及配偶亲密关系与二元应对的相关性研究

摘要
目的 分析女性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者及配偶亲密关系与二元应对的相关性.方法 采用一般资料调查表、婚姻调试量表、二元应对量表对 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 6 月西安市 4 所三级甲等医院住院的女性SLE患者及配偶进行调查.结果 本研究共调查女性SLE患者及配偶 286 对,患者二元应对(115.76±19.87)分,54.9%存在婚姻失调;配偶二元应对(119.92±17.50)分,42.7%存在婚姻失调.分层回归分析显示,教育程度、睡眠质量和婚龄影响患者二元应对(P<0.05),职业和疲惫程度影响配偶二元应对(P<0.05),当自变量纳入双方亲密关系后,患者及配偶二元应对总变异的解释率分别提升 43.5%和 39.6%.结论 女性SLE患者及配偶亲密关系质量越高,双方二元应对水平越强.临床实践中应重视增强夫妻间亲密关系,以提高双方二元应对水平.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between intimate relationships and dyadic coping in female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and their spouses.Methods The general information questionnaire,marriage adjustment scale and dyadic coping scale were used to investigate the female patients with SLE hospitalized in four tertiary first-class hospitals in Xi'an from July 2022 to June 2023.Results The investigation was done in a total of 286 pairs of female patients with SLE and their spouses.The score of the patients'dyadic coping was(115.76±19.87),and 54.9%had marital imbalance.The score of the spouses'dyadic coping was(119.92±17.50),and 42.7%had marital imbalance.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the patients'education degree,sleep quality and marriage age affected their dyadic coping(P<0.05),while occupation and fatigue affected the spouses'dyadic coping(P<0.05).When the independent variables were included in intimate relationships,the explanatory rates of the total variation of the patients'and spouses'dyadic coping increased by 43.5%and 39.6%,respectively.Conclusion The higher the quality of intimate relationship between female patients with SLE and their spouses,the stronger the level of dyadic coping.In clinical practice,we should pay attention to strengthening the intimate relationship between husband and wife in order to improve the level of dyadic coping.
