摘要
含有SH2 区域的肌醇5′磷酸酶1(SHIP1)是一类主要但不完全表达在造血源性细胞胞质中的磷酸酶蛋白,属于肌醇 5′磷酸酶家族,是磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)信号通路的重要负性调控因子.PI3K信号通路已被证明在肿瘤的发生发展中起作用,而SHIP1 作为磷酸肌醇信号通路的调节因子,是肿瘤发生发展和免疫调节中不容小觑的一环.本文旨在总结SHIP1 在肿瘤发生发展和免疫调节中的作用,以探寻肿瘤治疗新途径.
Abstract
The SH2-containing inositol 5'-phosphatase 1(SHIP1)is a kind of phosphatase proteins mainly but not completely expressed in the cytoplasm of hematopoietic cells.It belongs to the inositol 5'-phosphatase family and is an important negative regulator of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)signal pathway.PI3K signal pathway has been proved to play a role in tumorigenesis and development.As a regulator of phosphoinositide signal pathway,SHIP1 plays an important role in tumorigenesis,development and immune regulation.The purpose of this review is to summarize the role of SHIP1 in tumorigenesis,development and immune regulation,in order to explore new ways of tumor treatment.
