摘要
立体定向放射治疗在胰腺腺癌疼痛缓解及治疗中展现出了显著的效果,能够有效缓解胰腺腺癌患者的疼痛,提高生活质量,且在局部控制率方面表现优异.与传统的常规分次化疗放疗相比,立体定向放射治疗显示出独特优势.立体定向放射治疗与其他治疗方法的联合应用,如术前化疗放疗,可显著提高患者生存率,为胰腺腺癌的综合治疗提供新策略.本文旨在对立体定向放射缓解胰腺腺癌患者疼痛研究进展进行综述,为探索更加精准的个体化治疗方案提供更多思路.
Abstract
Stereotactic radiotherapy has shown significant effects in pain relief and treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma,which can effectively alleviate pain in patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma,improve quality of life,and perform excellently in local control rate.Compared with traditional fractionated chemotherapy and radiotherapy,stereotactic radiotherapy has shown unique advantages.The combination of stereotactic radiotherapy and other treatment methods,such as preoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy,can significantly improve the survival rate of patients and provide a new strategy for the comprehensive treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.This article aims to review the research progress of stereotactic radiation in relieving pain in patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma,and provide more ideas for exploring more precise and personalized treatment plans.
