Objective Based on the field dental diagnosis and treatment cabin,a systematic design of dental diagnosis and treatment support shelter based on digital and universal support functions is carried out to meet the medical support needs of immediate oral repair,oral related fluid testing,and oral imaging examination under modern conditions.Methods The chassis of Shaanxi Automobile 2190BQA off-road vehicle was selected to fix a 2.5 m wide and 6.8 m long cabin on the chassis for modification.The cabin was designed with power supply system and air conditioning system for dental medical equipment,and the dental specialized medical support equipment and self-locking fixing device used in the cabin were optimized.Results The overall structural layout was divided into support cabin,oral CT cabin,and operation cabin according to functions,effectively utilizing the space inside the cabin,optimizing the installation,positioning,and fixation of the equipment,and making it convenient and reliable to use.Conclusion Functional modules such as immediate oral repair,oral related fluid testing,and oral imaging examination have been realized,effectively enhancing the system's remote mobile oral diagnosis and treatment support as well as self-support capabilities.It is used in modular combination with the field dental diagnosis and treatment cabin to form a new digital oral medical support technology platform that meets the needs of grassroots troops.
