Glioma is the most common primary intracranial malignant tumor.Patients with high-grade gliomas have a poor prognosis and a high 5-year fatality rate.Studies have shown that glioma is a whole brain disease,not a local change.With the development of multimodal imaging examination,the cognition of nervous system functions has gradually shifted from anatomical partition to the study of brain function network.This article aims to review and analyze research related to gliomas and brain network,deeply understand the impact of gliomas on brain network,and discuss the clinical applications of brain network in auxiliary surgery,disease assessment,treatment effectiveness,prognosis analysis,and other aspects.
