摘要

中枢神经系统(CNS)边界组织动态地监督白细胞迁移和脑源性信号,颅骨-脑膜通道(SMCs)是最新发现白细胞进入CNS的特殊解剖通道.本文详细阐述了SMCs的研究进展,重点介绍了SMCs的发现、结构特点以及生理病理特征,并对CNS疾病颅骨骨髓相关细胞的分子特征进行了描述.目前对于SMCs生物学的研究仍处于早期阶段,未来在CNS疾病中的更多研究可能为SMCs的分子病理特征和机制提供新的视角,有望为CNS相关疾病的早期筛查和靶向治疗提供有效的途径.

Abstract

The boundary tissue of the central nervous system(CNS)dynamically monitors leukocyte migration and brain-derived signals.Skull-meninges connections(SMCs)are the newly discovered special anatomical channels for the ingress of leukocytes into the CNS.In this paper,the research progress of SMCs is described in detail,with emphasis on the discovery,structural characteristics,and physiological and pathological characteristics of SMCs,and the molecular characteristics of skull bone marrow-related cells in CNS diseases are described.At present,the research on the biology of SMCs is still in the early stage,and more studies in CNS diseases in the future may provide new perspectives on the molecular pathological characteristics and mechanisms of SMCs,which is expected to provide an effective way for early screening and targeted therapy of CNS-related diseases.
