摘要
目的 了解云南省通海县农村居民超重、肥胖现状及危险因素,为预防和控制肥胖提供科学依据. 方法 采用整群抽样的方法,抽取通海县9个乡镇的18岁及以上在家常住人口4070人,对超重、肥胖及危险因素等情况进行流行病学调查. 结果 4070人超重率为23.5%,其中,男性超重率为24.4%,女性超重率为22.8%;肥胖率为6.3%,其中,男性肥胖率为5.1%,女性肥胖率为7.2%,男性肥胖率低于女性(P=0.006).不同人群的肥胖率存在差异,主要受年龄、性别和民族的影响. 结论 超重和肥胖成为影响云南农村居民健康的重要公共卫生问题,应积极倡导合理营养、健康的行为和生活方式,实施超重肥胖的干预和控制.
Abstract
Objective To understand the status of overweight/obesity and its contributing factors among rural residents in Tonghai County of Yunnan Province. Methods A total of 4,070 residents aged 18 years old and above were selected from nine townships in Tonghai county of Yunnan Province.A survey was conducted among them to investigate the situation of overweight/obesity and its contributing factors. Results The prevalence rate of overweight was 23. 5％ and the rate of obesity was 6. 3％.The prevalence rate of overweight for males( 24. 4％) was higher than that for females( 22.8％),The prevalence rate varied among different groups of inhabitants. Conclusion Overweight and obesity has become an important public health problem in the rural area of Yunnan Province. We should strengthen health education and promotion to prevent and control overweight and obeaity,so as to reduce the prevalence rate of chronic diseases.
