猪油与植物黄油对脂肪组织IL-6表达影响的比较

摘要
目的 探究猪油与植物黄油饮食对不同部位脂肪组织IL-6表达水平的影响.方法 49只Wistar雄性大鼠,按体重随机分成3组(对照组、猪油组、植物黄油组),分别给予相应饲料喂养8周,结束时按体重增加量将实验组大鼠分为肥胖倾向组(猪油倾向组、植物黄油倾向组)与肥胖抵抗组(猪油抵抗组、植物黄油抵抗组).比较各组大鼠体重增重、体脂肪系数以及不同部位脂肪组织IL-6表达水平.结果 猪油和植物黄油高脂饲料致肥胖倾向大鼠体重增重明显(P<0.01);猪油和植物黄油高脂饲料都使大鼠肾周脂肪蓄积显著多于对照组(均P< 0.01);除猪油抵抗组外,其余各组大鼠附睾周脂肪蓄积均较对照组明显增多(均P< 0.01);植物黄油喂养的大鼠皮下脂肪组织IL-6表达水平较对照组显著升高(P< 0.05或P<0.01),除植物黄油抵抗组外,其余各组大鼠附睾周脂肪组织IL-6表达增多,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01),两种高脂饲料均可致实验大鼠肾周脂肪组织IL-6表达水平升高(均P< 0.01).结论 猪油/植物黄油都可以导致脂肪组织炎性状态的形成;与猪油相比,植物黄油能引起皮下、内脏(附睾周、肾周)等部位脂肪组织IL-6生成增多.
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of lard and margarine on the expression of IL-6 in different adipose tissue depots.Methods 49 male Wistar rats were assigned randomly to three groups:control (CON) group,lard group and margarine group.After given the appropriate diet for eight weeks,all rats of experimental groups were divided into the obesity prone group (L-OP,M-OP) and obesity resistant group (L-OR,M-OR) at the end of the experiment according to the weight gain.Body weight gain,body fat coefficients and the expression of IL-6 in adipose tissue were measured.Results Body weight gain of the obesity prone (OP) groups were significantly improved after given high fat diet of lard/margarine (P < 0.01).Compared with CON group,the retroperitoneal adipose tissue weights of lard and margarine group were elevated (P < 0.01);the epididymal adipose tissue weights of L-OP,M-OP and M-OR groups were significantly improved besides L-OR group respectively (P < 0.01).Compared with CON group,IL-6 expressions were increased significantly in margarine groups in subcutaneous adipose tissue (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and which were significantly higher in epididymal adipose tissue of L-OR,L-OP and M-OP groups (P < 0.01),but no significant difference was discerned in the M-OR group respectively;more IL-6 proteins were expressed in retroperitoneal adipose tissue induced by lard and margarine high fat chow than normal chow respectively (P < 0.01).Conclusion Lard/margarine can induce inflammation in adipose tissues.Comparing with lard,margarine can lead to IL-6 expression increasing in many depots such as subcutaneous and visceral (retroperitoneal and epididymal) fat tissues.
