摘要
本文考证了散见于古籍中的“针刀”一词与现代针刀医学的刀具差异,详细地介绍了针刀刀具的定义,重点附图介绍了常用针刀的形态结构、直形针刀与弧形针刀的区别以及临床应用范围,阐明了针刀切割、分离的机械原理,以及与针灸针具、手术刀具的比较,论述了针刀破坏疾病的病理构架、恢复软组织和骨关节力平衡的治疗原理.
Abstract
This paper verified the difference of tool between the word "needle knife" scattered in ancient books and modem acupotomology,introduced the definition of knife tool detailedly,focused on presenting the morphology and structure of commonly used needle knife,and the difference between straight and arc shape needle knife and clinical applications with the attached figures,illuminated the mechanical principle of needle knife's cutting and separation,which is different from the functional principles of acupuncture needle and the surgical knife,discussed the pathological structure of acupotomy in damaging disease,and the treatment principle of restoring the force balance of soft tissue and bone and joint.
