Analysis of the law of blowing throat formula for external treatment of laryngeal arthralgia in Chinese Medical Code based on data mining
Objective To use data mining technology and to analyze the rule of combination of prescription and medication for laryngeal arthralgia in Chinese Medical Code.Methods The literatures on the treatment of laryngeal arthralgia in the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code were collected and analyzed by Excel,SPSS,and Gephi software,such as frequency,efficacy,sex,taste,normalization,association rules,complex network,and clustering.Results A total of 481 blowing throat formula were included,involving 259 traditional Chinese medicine flavors,of which 21 were drugs with frequency≥40,mainly borneol,borax,alum,and Qingdai.The most commonly used drugs for clearing heat were drugs with cold and cold properties,and their tastes were mainly xin,bitter and salty,mostly attributed to lung,liver,heart and stomach channels.A total of 12 related parties were obtained by association rule analysis,and the confidence of bombyx mori + borneol and borneol was the highest,and the support of borneol and borneol was the highest.Four clustering methods were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Blowing medicine has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,analgesic,and other pharmacological effects,the occurrence of throat impediment is mostly due to fire,phlegm evil,to clear heat and soothe the throat,remove phlegm,and reduce swelling as the key to the external treatment of throat impediment,in the treatment of external treatment also follow the principle of examining the disease and seeking the cause,syndrome differentiation.
