Research progress in the treatment of tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon
Tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon is one of the most common hand diseases.At present,conservative treatment,injection,and surgery are mainly used in clinical practice.Conservative treatment includes oral or local application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,local immobilization,physical therapy,etc.Injectable therapy included corticosteroid,topical ozone,and platelet-rich plasma injection.Surgical treatment includes endoscopic technique,percutaneous release,acupotomy,and open surgery.In recent years,stem cell derivative therapy has become a research hotspot,which may provide a new scheme for the treatment of this disease.This article summarizes and analyzes the progress of the main treatment options for tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon,and recommends different therapies according to the severity of the disease,in order to provide some reference for individualized treatment.
