目的 探讨基于CiteSpace的肠道菌群与阿尔茨海默病相关性的可视化分析.方法 检索 2000 年 1 月至2023年3月中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库中以"肠道菌群"和"阿尔茨海默病"为主题词的文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对机构、作者、关键词进行分析.结果 本研究共纳入文献 918篇.中、英文文献发文量均呈上升趋势.中文文献中,北京协和医学院是发文量最多的机构,刘奇是发文量最多的作者;英文文献中,University of California System是发文量最多的机构,Lukiw Walter J是发文量最多的作者.除主题词外"神经炎症"在中文文献出现频次最高;"gut-brain axis"在英文文献出现频次最高.关键词共形成 6个中文聚类和 15个英文聚类,主要围绕肠道菌群及其代谢物的作用机制展开研究.关键词突现分析共探索出 12 个中文突现词和 15 个英文突现词.结论 肠道菌群调控阿尔茨海默病病理产物和神经炎症是当前的研究热点;未来的研究方向可能是通过调节肠道菌群干预免疫炎症防治阿尔茨海默病.
Visual analysis of the relationship between gut microbiota and Alzheimer's disease based on CiteSpace
Objective To explore visual analysis of the relationship of gut microbiota and Alzheimer'disease based on CiteSpace.Methods The related literatures with the key words"gut microbiota"and"Alzheimer's disease"in CNKI and web of science core collection database from January 2000 to March 2023 were searched,and the institutions,authors,and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software.Results A total of 918 articles were included in this study.The number of Chinese and English literatures were on the rise.In Chinese literature,Peking Union Medical College was the institution with the most articles,and Liu Qi published the most articles;in English literature,University of California System was the institution with the most articles,and Lukiw Walter J published the most articles.Except for the subject words,"neuroinflammation"appeared most frequently in Chinese keyword,and"gut-brain axis"appeared most frequently in English literature.Keywords were formed 6 Chinese clustering and 15 English clustering,mainly revolves around the mechanism of action of gut microbiota and its metabolites.Keyword emergence analysis identified 12 Chinese emergent words and 15 English emergent words.Conclusion The regulation of gut microbiota on pathological products and neuroinflammation in Alzheimer's disease is a current research hotspot.The future research direction may be to intervene in immune inflammation by regulating gut microbiota to prevent and treat Alzheimer's disease.
