Clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaoshi Jiedu Decoction on dampness turbidity-blocking hyperuricemia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaoshi Jiedu Decoction on dampness turbidity-blocking hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 106 hyperuricemia patients diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department or ward of the Department of Endocrinology of Hainan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to random number table method.The study group took Jianpi Xiaoshi Jiedu Decoction,and the control group took Benzbromarone Tablets orally(50 mg/time,once/day).Both groups were treated for three months.Blood uric acid,cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FPG),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and safety analysis were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the uric acid of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in uric acid between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,FPG and TC in study group were lower than those before treatment and lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in TG,LDL-C,creatinine,alanine transaminases,and aspartate transaminase between two groups compared with before treatment(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in TG and LDL-C,creatinine,aspartate transaminase,and alanine transaminas e between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events and recurrence in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoshi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of dampness turbidi-ty-blocking hyperuricemia can significantly improve the clini-cal symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,better reduce the level of uric acid,and has high safety,and has high clinical application value.
