Clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with bipolar radio fre-quency lattice in the treatment of enlarged pores
Objective To observe the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with bipolar radio frequency lattice in the treatment of enlarged pores. Methods A total of 90 patients with enlarged pores admitted to Zhongnan Hospital,Wuhan University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected, and they were divided into PRP group(30 cases,PRP treatment),bipolar radio frequency lattice group(30 cases, bipolar radio frequency lattice treatment),and combined group(30 cases,PRP combined with bipolar radio frequency lattice treatment)by random number table method. The clinical efficacy of each group was compared;features of skin detector, skin physiological function of each group were compared before and after treatment;and the occurrence of adverse reactions in three groups was recorded. Results The clinical efficacy of combined group was better than that of PRP group and bipolar radio frequency lattice group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of spots, red areas, pores, wrinkles, ultraviolet spots, brown spots, oil, melanin, erythematous, and transdermal water loss among three groups were lower than those before treatment, and combined group were lower than PRP group and bipolar radio frequency lattice group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of texture and water among three groups were higher than those before treatment, and combined group was higher than PRP group and bipolar radio frequency lattice group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in PRP group and bipolar radio frequency lattice group(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP combined with bipolar radio frequency lattice has a remarkable effect on the treatment of enlarge pores, which can improve the overall characteristics of skin, enhance skin physiological function.
