Effect of intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of horizontal tear type meniscus injury
Objective To analyze the effect of intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of horizontal tear type meniscus injury.Methods A total of 72 patients with horizontal tear type meniscus injury admitted to Nanjing Lishui People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group(36 cases)and study group(36 cases)by random number table method.The control group was received arthroscopic surgery,and the study group was received intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on the basis of control group.Knee Lysholm score and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score before and after treatment were compared between two groups;the clinical effect of two groups was compared;the knee joint motion before and after treatment was compared between two groups;the levels of serum interleukin-1 β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between two groups before and after treatment;the occurrence of complications during treatment was recorded in two groups.Results After treatment,Lysholm score,IKDC score,and knee joint motion in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in study group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The clinical curative of study group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in study group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In-traarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with arthroscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of horizontal tear type meniscus injury,which can reduce inflammation,improve knee mobility,and knee function with good safety.
