Clinical efficacy on Guoshi Yiqi Tongmai Decoction combined with yang-xin kangfu gymnastics in treating angina pectoris of qi yin deficiency combined with stasis obstructing meridian after percutaneous coronary intervention
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guoshi Yiqi Tongmai Decoction combined with yangxin kangfu gymnastics in the treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Sixty patients with postoperative angina pectoris admitted to Hengshui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to April 2023 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observa-tion group received Guoshi Yiqi Tongmai Decoction and yangxin kangfu gymnastics treatment.Both groups were treated for two months.The clinical efficacy of two groups was evaluated,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,Seattle angina score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke output(SV),and blood lipid indicators(total cholesterol[TC),triacylglycerol[TG],high density lipoprotein[HDL],and low density lipoprotein[LDL])were compared before and after treatment.The occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events during treatment was recorded.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Seattle angina scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,LVEF and SV in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,HDL-C levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,TG,TC,and LDL-C levels were lower than before treatment,and HDL-C levels in observation group were higher than control group,TG,TC,and LDL-C levels were lower than control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion Guoshi Yiqi Tongmai Decoction combined with yangxin kangfu gymnastics in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI is significant,which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function and regulate blood lipid levels,and has good safty.
